The round tables are interactive facilitated discussions. The default number of participants for a round table discussion is 25 (+ facilitators and possible invited experts). The participants use a sign-up form to sign up for the round tables. The facilitators can decide for themselves how to run and structure their round tables.
Some possibilities:
- An open and interactive place for discussion for everyone participating in the round table.
- A smaller round table consisting of experts where the audience is allowed to ask questions and comment on the discussion.
- Several experts in the same space, each at their own table, and the audience can move from table to table as their interest dictates.
